Strong Capital: Many of our competitors tout that they are "well capitalized". CenterState Banks of Florida, our parent company, ended 2008 with a Tier 1 capital position of 12.6% which is more than double the 5% required to be considered "well capitalized".

Continued Profitability: For year end 2008, CenterState Banks of Florida posted a profit of over $3.4 million. This comes at a time when many banks are experiencing unprecedented losses. These profits continue to build upon our capital cushion.

Stock Performance: During the calendar year 2008, CenterState Banks (CSFL) shares increased in value by 40%. This is a reflection of the confidence that the investment community has placed in our bank.
