Olde Cypress Community Bank has been serving the community for over 70 years. On May 10, 1937, the Federal Savings and Loans Association granted a charter to Clewiston Federal Savings and Loan Association. The present name was adopted in 2004.

Olde Cypress Community Bank has grown through the years to include offices in Clewiston, Labelle, Winter Haven, and the acquisition of Flagship Mortgage Banc, Inc. The original thrift offered savings and home loan services only. Today, Olde Cypress Community Bank provides a wide range of checking and savings account services, loans of all types, and a wide variety of financial services. The total assets of the bank have grown to approximately $170,000,000 in 2007.
